2. User Accounts

• Parents and students must each create separate accounts.
• Parents may monitor progress through the parent dashboard.
• Students will complete coursework through the student dashboard.
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy

We collect personal information including names, emails, and student-related data to facilitate learning and support. This information is kept private and is never sold to third parties. For more details, please see our

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, including course materials, is owned exclusively by Wiser Academy. These materials may not be shared or distributed outside the platform but may be printed for personal study use. We also utilize third-party materials that are either in the public domain or used under appropriate licenses.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Renewal confirmations are sent via email.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 10 days of enrollment, regardless of course access. To request a refund, email

within the 10-day window. No refunds will be issued after this period.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of the paid term. Students should download any records before transferring. Academic records will remain stored in our system and are available upon request.

8. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and peers. Use of inappropriate language, cheating, or misuse of forums and messaging systems is prohibited. Wiser Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wiser Academy is not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, or academic outcomes. All services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of academic success.

10. Modifications

Wiser Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
